Here is the heater controls that came from a 2003 Chevrolet Express.  These was tested before we started stripping the van and they was switching like they was supposed too.  No cracks or breaks in this.  Knobs are not falling off.  Check out the pics good and make sure this is exactly what you need before you buy them.  They are sold as is, all sales are final.  No returns
