Repair Kit No. 13 which contains materials to patch and repair rubber garments or sporting specialties.  Dad used it to patch his fishing waders.  The bond cement is partially used and is probably on longer useable.  The circular patches are not very flexible.  The square or rectangular ones are fine.  Also contains sand paper and two pages of directions which are in fragile condition.
