These boards have one straight edge and one "live" or Waney edge with bark. They are 100% Oak. 

There are two width options:

1) Width between 150mm (at narrowest point) and 200mm (at widest point). 

Please note these have not been kiln dried. The majority have been aired for 6 months or more but should be considered "green". If you have not worked with waney edge wood before please take the time to learn how to "debark" the waney edge, usually a chisel or wire brush on an angle grinder is ideal, followed by sanding. 

Although we do not send these out with deep splits in them, hairline cracks may be present as is usual for oak, and green oak should be allowed to acclimatise gently to avoid deep splits occuring. You should be mindful of this before this wood goes into service. Knots may be present although highly knotted pieces we avoid sending out.
