                   Here we have a very good for its age First Edition copy of this hundred and fifty-three year old book about the state of agriculture in Massachusetts shortly after the end of the Civil War. The book is illustrated with five full page illustrations, two of which are pictures of part of the campus of the Massachusetts Agricultural College, the predecessor to the University of Massachusetts Amherst, as well as a few inpage illustrations. This is the only First Edition copy of this book currently available for sale anywhere.This is one of several volumes of these annual reports by the Massachusetts Department of Agriculture that I currently have up for sale.
