With the Year of the Dragon just around the corner, threezero is launching the new MDLX Optimus Prime Limited Edition, limited to 1,398 pieces worldwide, featuring a mix of bright gold and dark gold livery, with a dragon pattern entrenched on it, and the left and right shoulders printed with the traditional Chinese character "Chen" for the fifth character of the earth's branches, and the character "Dragon", which represents the zodiac of the Year of Chen.

The MDLX Optimus Prime (Year of the Dragon Limited Edition) is approximately 7 inches (17.8 cm) tall and features approximately 48 articulations and a die-cast metal frame. Accessories include an ion blaster cannon, an energy axe, a primordial energy matrix, and six pairs of interchangeable hands.
