PAYMENT 

Payment for items must be made within 7 days of the purchase. We accept PayPal only. Buyer will be responsible for any duties and taxes applied. 

SHIPPING INFO 

Most items will be shipped within 24 hours after payment is cleared. Every shipping will be included a tracking number and delivery confirmation, excluding international shipping, weekends, and holidays. 

FEEDBACK INFO 

Your feedback is very important for us. If you feel that we have made a mistake with your item, please let us know through our email or eBay message we will be more than happy to resolve the issue. Please contact us as soon as possible before leaving negative feedback so that we can agree on a resolution. Negative feedback does not resolve the problem. 

RETURN POLICY 

Your complete satisfaction is our priority and your positive feedback is our goal. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to assist you with an exchange(if applicable) or refund. The product must be returned as received in perfect condition, unused, with their original packaging and tag must not be removed. Please read the product care instruction and follow the care suggested to keep you item clean and beautiful. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange due to damage caused during a wash. 

FEES 

Packaging and Handling fees are non-refundable. All item purchased with free shipping promotion are subject to 15 % restocking fee. 

EXCHANGE 

If you purchased an item that you wish to exchange for alternative size or color, it must be done within 14 days after receiving the item. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

The buyer is responsible for any Duty, Import Fees and Local Taxes applied. We will make sure to mark your purchase as a GIFT so that fees may be avoided, but we do not assure it. Shipment may be delayed in the custom review process, so please allow up to four weeks for delivery.
