                     Here we have a fairly good, ex-library First Edition copy of this report by the fairly new Connecticut Dairy Commission which had only recently been put in charge of enforcing the new pure food laws passed in 1886 by the state legislature. The first half of this book details the numerous violations and violators of the new law, naming names of violators and their fines. The second half of the book is on a happier topic, reporting on the various creameries and cheese factories in the state, with a few inpage illustrations of the facilities. This is the only copy of anything similar to this currently available for sale anywhere.--
