Thank you so much for browsing and good luck with your selection!

Applications:
Curtain wall decoration: in the construction industry, stainless steel expansion screws are commonly used in the installation and decoration of curtain walls, as they provide a reliable fixing force.
Water treatment works: in the field of water treatment, these screws are also used to fix pipes and other components, especially in situations where corrosion-resistant materials are required.
Home decoration: in home decoration, stainless steel expansion screws can be used to hang paintings, install furniture, etc. They are suitable for all kinds of walls, including concrete, brick walls and other hard materials.
Advantages:

Easy to install: stainless steel expansion screws have a relatively simple installation process that does not require complex tools or a lot of time.
Strong load-bearing capacity: they are able to withstand large tensile forces and weights, which makes them suitable for use in the hanging of heavy items.
Flexible adjustment: as the expansion screws can be removed at will, this makes them highly flexible in use.
Keep the wall flat: after use, the exposed part of the stainless steel expansion screws is flat and will not affect the overall beauty of the wall. If they need to be removed, this can also be done without leaving a trace.
CORROSION RESISTANCE: Due to the nature of the stainless steel material, these expansion screws have good corrosion resistance and are suitable for use outdoors or in wet environments.

304 and 316 stainless steel internal expansion screws have excellent corrosion resistance and high strength, but there are differences between the two in composition, corrosion resistance and cost. Specific analysis is as follows:
Composition:
304 stainless steel internal expansion screws are composed of OCr18Ni9, that is, containing 18% chromium and about 8% nickel.
316 stainless steel internal expansion screws are composed of OOCr17Ni12Mo2, in addition to containing 16% -18% of chromium and 10% -14% of nickel, but also added 2% -3% of molybdenum.
Corrosion resistance:
Due to the addition of molybdenum, 316 stainless steel internal expansion screws are much better in terms of corrosion resistance, especially against chlorides than 304 stainless steel. This makes the 316 material is particularly suitable for use in marine environments and applications in contact with strong corrosive substances.
Although 304 stainless steel also has good corrosion resistance, but in the chloride environment is slightly inferior to the 316 type.
When choosing stainless steel internal expansion screws, if the application environment requires extremely high corrosion resistance, such as the marine or chemical processing industry, type 316 will be a better choice; for the general construction and renovation industry, type 304 is sufficient to meet the needs.
