Here's an awesome vintage Dallas Cowboys rain jacket made by Rainmate / Seven Sons & Company, size XL.
This PVC model will keep you dry! There are arm pit holes for breathing.
Draw strings around the Hood for snugging it to you.
Elastic around both Cuffs and the Waistband to keep out any unwelcome water or wind.
And for course there are Pockets.

When folding it I noticed a small stain (don't know if it will come out or not, have not tried) that is on the back, but is very hard to notice (see the picture).
