Acceptable condition considering how old this booklet is with expected age and use-related wear and tear. This manual was reclaimed from a garage clearance and looks like it has suffered some water damage, as seen in the photos. There are water-stained pages throughout otherwise the pages are in good condition overall. The front and back covers are slightly grubby with wear, and some staining. Please study all the photos carefully as they form the main part of the condition description.
