More Open Box then Parts...Had a quick look over, Typically Missing SD card, Tools, Power Cord, we try to note anything major but may be missing something else as well. Sometimes Hot ends or something else may be disassembled. We sell so Many that these pictures are not of the actual unit you are receiving.  These are not intended to be full units and functional even though most end up that way.  We do our best, but we are human, if there is an issue talk to us, we are glad to try to help and send you a part if we have it.  We think of our customers as friends and family and go the extra mile to help.  Ask questions ahead of time. We are Selling as is for parts. Packaging may Vary as we sell so many.  All units looked over good systems, may be fully functional, but not tested at all.
