When the temperature is low, these oxide materials have fewer charge carriers (electrons and holes), so their resistance values are higher; As the temperature increases, the number of charge carriers increases, so the resistance value decreases.
The range of variation of NTC thermistors at room temperature is 100-1000000 ohms, with a temperature coefficient of -2% to 6.5%.
