An attractive floral design brooch in 830 grade silver accented with an oval moonstone cabochon, which dates from around the 1920s. The piece is a very pretty example of skønvirke, which translates as ‘beautiful work’ and refers to Danish jewellery made in the Arts & Crafts style. (Ref CA-17)

Size : Around 6.5cm by 1.9cm at widest points.

Weight : 4.7g.

Clasp : C-shaped hook & pin clasp. Pin is slightly discoloured and may be a replacement, but clasp is still in secure working order.

Marks : ‘830S’ for the silver grade.

Condition : Very good.

No visible damage and no obvious wear.

Supplied with a fabric drawstring storage bag / gift bag.
