About one-half of the illustrations were reproduced from the original paintings. At some point the book was stored on its fore-edge with (probably) other books on top of it, causing the hinges to be pulled (see scan), name inked at the top of the front free endpaper--a clean, tight, otherwise unmarked, VG+ copy in a near fine dust jacket.
