We have lucked into a couple sets of Millie and Willie!!! When smoking got you prizes, could you have smoked to get these guys???? Willie and Millie Penguin were part of an advertising campaign in the early 1950's. In 1951 you could send in 2 KOOL packages and 25 cents for this little combo. They were produced by F&F Mold and Die Works in Ohio. A fun collectible I love Milie's face and bow.!.
