Items $500 or greater, will be shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. All shipments are insured and a signature will be required upon delivery. Once the payment is received, we will ship your item(s) and message you with the tracking number. You can track your package through FedEx online.

Items under $500 will ship via USPS Priority. All shipments are insured and a signature will be required upon delivery. Once the payment is received, we will ship your item(s) and message you with the tracking number. You can track your package through USPS online.

We will only ship to the address in the PayPal transaction.

We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO at this time.

International Shipping
International shipping is $90. The buyer is responsible for paying any import taxes and customs duties or fees that may be applicable in your destination country. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 14 days of the received date. PLEASE NOTE: All items are inspected and shipped under camera. Returned items will only be accepted if they have not been worn or altered. Buyers are responsible for all costs of the return shipment. No returns accepted on Final Sale items. Gemma by WP Diamonds warrants all of its watches and jewelry to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the mechanics and movement of watches. Jewelry that has been sized, engraved or modified in any way cannot be repaired or serviced under this warranty. This warranty does not cover accidents, theft, loss, mistreatment, improper use, physical abuse, wear and tear from normal use, or damage resulting from tampering with the product, water or moisture exposure, or other physical damage. Damage resulting from or that occurs due to having the item serviced or modified by a third party and voids this warranty. This warranty and the remedies set forth herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties (including any original manufacturer warranties, which are hereby expressly disclaimed), remedies, and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Gemma by WP Diamonds specifically disclaims any and all statutory or implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects.
