This is a 1986 Butterick sewing pattern #4154, Children’s Clown Costumes, all children’s sizes are included (Small, Medium, Large and XLarge). Very loose-fitting, pullover costume has elastic neckline with attached ties, back opening and long sleeves with or without elastic. A,B: appliqué. A,B,C,D: elastic legs and contrast. A,D,E: collar with elastic and hat variations. B,C: bow with knot. C: self-lined vest with contrast. A,D,E: pompons, narrow hem. D,E: pants with elastic waist. D: contrast. Purchased trim.

Envelope is a little worn around top flap but is, otherwise, in new condition. Pattern is in new, unused and uncut condition and is in its original factory fold.
