Transaction Stipulations & Agreement:

This 8TR cartridge is a vintage audio tape, long out of print and on a format no longer available in the retail market.

For used tapes: We have no control over the handling of the tape or the equipment it is being played on once it leaves our environment, and it is being sold as a vintage collectible ONLY with NO performance guarantees. We have given it a thorough run-through and replaced pressure pads or connecting tape when needed (certain Lear Jet ‘gummy’ rollers have also been replaced with plastic wheels when necessary). Any return /refund will only be accepted if it IS returned in the same condition as solicited – playable and in working condition. These returns will be deemed ‘buyer’s remorse’ and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Sealed Tapes: these tapes are sold as vintage (50 years old) collectibles ONLY – once they are opened they are no longer in the condition as sold and will not be accepted for return or refund – NO EXCEPTIONS.

The buyer agrees to these stipulations and the commitment to buy codifies this agreement as part of the transaction.
