This is a large Fossil over/fighter or briefcase.  It has a water spot in the lower left of the bag and us circled in the photos. Plus a minor scratch on the backside also marked in the pics. Bag was mostly used as a shopping bag as it's plenty large enough for many items. Originally priced at $225. It's in excellent condition, and the leather has softened considerably since new.
