The CAP Barbell 110 lb Olympic weight set is geared to help you develop upper body strength. This weight set includes a 7' Olympic-style bar (3-piece assembly) and two of each 5, 10, and 25 lb cast iron Olympic grip plates. The weights can be easily added to the ends of the bar or removed in any combination as needed to suit your fitness level. With a 300 lb bar weight limit, you can add more weight as you begin to develop strength (all Olympic/2-in plates will fit).

When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. All returns MUST be done within 30 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 30 day limit has expired. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7-14 business days for the return to be processed. We do our best to process as quickly as possible.
