Four versions of Renault 5 have been created before the Alpine Renault 5 is launched on the market and which is the object of this exclusive reproduction in the 1/32nd scale. The blue model is driven by Monsieur Jean.

Renault 5 makes its appearance at the beginning of the 70s and allows Renault to position for the first time on the market of the mini. The small car knows moreover an immediate popular success. Four versions follow one another before the birth of Alpine Renault 5 called Renault 5 Gordini in UK.

Alpine Renault 5 appears to the Paris show in March, 1976. Because of the oil crisis of 1974, the small sports cars are on the roll.
