Shipping

We ship product through Royal Mail/DPD are normal shipping and handling fees for different destinations.

For EU countries: We are shipping parcel via Royal Mail tracked or signed /DPD based on the quantity ordered. Such as Spain, France, Portugal, Netherlands, Ireland, Greece etc. Further query on eBay message.

We are closed on Weekends & Public Holidays

Processing Period: We are shipping order same day if payment cleared before 2:00 Pm UK time. We do dispatch to PayPal shipping address Please make sure your PayPal shipping address is correct before finalising order and submitting payment We will not be responsible for item loss due to wrong or unknown address.

Buyer is responsible for IMPORT duties, taxes & any other charges to country’s custom laws.

Returns

• If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact us first to resolve.
• We will arrange first a replacement, return and refund.
• As shipping costs are not retrievable to Inland and International buyer, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
• We do not pay the return postage to inland & international client, if placed wrong order, Doesn’t Fit or Change mind.
• We will pay return postage to inland and international client, if product is faulty or damage (received) in the transit.
