This is a beautiful Department 56 Winter Tales of the Snowbabies White Bisque Figurine called "Look What I Can Do" #68195 featuring baby holding wire w/stars, made in Taiwan!  (SB-16) 

Inspired by the designs of pre-World War II figurines, Department 56 introduced its line of Snowbabies in 1986. Snowbabies are finely detailed with delicately hand-painted faces and hand-applied frosty bisque crystals. 

Measures approx. 4" tall (baby only) x 3 1/2" wide

This figurine is in excellent condition w/box which has minor wear from storage!
