Early and ornate .900 silver strainer spoon or sugar sifter.  No makers mark, except a small face under the swan which cannot be identified. Also very light numbers or letters etched on the reverse at the back of the bowl. See photos for details.  This has been X-ray tested for fineness and tests at .900 silver.  This 6" spoon has a crest in the bowl flanked by 2 lions, and a swan at the top of the handle.  Very nice preowned condition with no damage.
