Premium 16 pt stock is definitely more expensive than 14 pt. stock but this is what the majority of our customers prefer. Did you know? Let us educate you. That it is against most platform selling policies to ask for positive feedback or a five star review. Or before leaving a negative comment....contact us first. This is why we designed and adhere to the different selling platforms regulatory policies on what verbiage we can state on our card. Any other card that is asking for a positive review, is in violation of these platform policies. (READ BELOW AMAZON'S POLICY) EBAY, Etsy, and Amazon has no problem you asking for a review, you just can't direct the customer one way or another.

On the Amazon’s Communication Guidelines page, in the first yellow box, it says: In any communication you have with buyers (including shipping box inserts), YOU cannot and I repeat You cannot ask them to leave a positive customer review for your product, or to leave a review only if they had a positive experience with your product. There are countless stories of sellers getting banned for this because they violated this policy.
Keep in mind that if you did not do your job correctly by offering quality products, and/or by providing great customer service, it is pointless to ask for a five star review, because you probably are not going to receive it anyways, especially if you dropped the ball in any of the selling or timely delivery aspects of conducting a successful business.
This is why Family Goodz is ahead of the curve. We designed and worded our Thank you cards with specific terminology not to violate these selling platform policies. (Our Creative Ad Copy, Layout and Design is 100% protected under United States Copyright, and Intellectual Property Laws which states can not be duplicated or copied without our written consent or permission)
Our Approach: The key words here (mentioned in the Amazon statement above) are leave a review ONLY if you had a Positive experience. This is how most cards sold on Ebay read and other selling platforms. On our card we mention nothing about a positive experience. We only ask for the customer to leave a review. And if we made a mistake let us know So We Can Make It Right and correct any issue they have.
Please Read! We offer two choices on how your Thank you cards will be shipped. Please choose what is the best option for you in our menu pricing. To date we are the only company on this platform that offers this service for Thank You cards. Unlike some of our competitors that make claims “They are the Best” or “#1” We would beg to differ. We would rather stay “Humble” and say we just try to give our customers the best in products, storage solutions and good ole customer service with a smile. We then let our customers be the judge with their final review on us.
1st Option Without Premium Storage Box: Why do we offer a choice in our shipping options? For one we must stay competitive in pricing so we ship like most of our competitors do by binding 50 cards together (multiplied by what total number you ordered) with rubber bands and then shipping in a poly envelope. Most other companies do not even explain their shipping and packaging practices. WE DO! So there are no surprises when you receive our product. Pros to this: Keeps shipping at a minimum along with no additional expense with premium business card boxes. For smaller orders this should work just fine. Cons to this: Really no good way to store the cards (on larger orders) once you receive them in a nice and tidy way in your office. Cards maybe more acceptable to damage if not stored correctly over time. Finding the right size quality business card box might be encumber some and rather expensive since we buy boxes by the thousands and you would be looking for just one.
2nd Option With Premium Storage Box: Pros: Attractive Premium Boxes are available with orders of 25,50,100,300,400,500,600,900,1000,1600, and 2000. These are not your light weight economy style box. These are rigid heavy duty 32 mil thickness with a sturdy lid and bottom and have an attractive semi gloss top. The no hassle box cover lid slides onto the other part of the box making it easy to open, unlike other boxes with annoying flaps. Now your business cards will be stored away neatly and protected. Just take out what you need and neatly store the others away. After cards are gone, box makes a nice storage vessel for your other keepsakes and treasures. Cons: To stay competitive we are sorry we cannot include a box in our base pricing. The cost of these premium storage boxes are more expensive along with the additional shipping charges of now shipping a box vs. a flat poly bag. Per customer shipping expense that we occur, we chose to go with the premium box over the economy box due to the fact it only was under 1.39 cents more in cost than the less inferior box. In short you are receiving a much better box for little money. The economy box is very flimsy vs. this box. This box will hold up much better over time with reasonable care. Please note that we ship our premium box in another box. So now we are purchasing two boxes with more shipping expense. But have no worries, because we pass on our quantity purchasing discount onto our customers. And for roughly $4.00-$5.00 additional (is dependent on the qty ordered), we find it a great deal. ON orders of 1000 or more cards ordered at the same time, we are throwing in the premium storage boxes at no charge. The size of box you will receive will be dependent on the number of cards you ordered.
In summary, it really does not matter to us, what shipping option you decide on. Since we do not mark up Option #2, we only pass on what expenses we occurred using this option. We just wanted to provide a better alternative and presentation for our customer's business thank you/review cards, and to allow them a choice to decide what is best for them.

Thickness, Sturdy, Stout Feel: Premium 16 pt. Card Stock (This is the thickest glossy card stock obtainable to date by our USA Printer Co.) Why would you even consider a lessor thinner flimsy card.
Finish: High Gloss UV Coating both sides (Caution: Can not write on these, due to the coating)
Double sided: Graphics and Print on both sides
Logos, etc: No company logos or private business info appears on card which can be used by sellers for any buy/sell platform.
Colors: Colors have been chosen to work effectively with the different selling platform colors in their company branding. We offer different Card (color) choices that were designed to work with platforms such as Ebay, Etsy, and Amazon.(Although any of our cards can be used for any selling platform). Keep in mind your computer monitor colors could vary slightly from the actual card colors and tones.
Quantities: Vary with a Premium Storage Box or without a Box. Choose from menu above.
Shipment: Shipping is always Free: Customer has choice with or without a Premium Storage Box. See pricing in above menu. (We ship cards without a premium box in a poly envelope First class USPS mail, and with a premium storage box they will ship 3-5 day UPS ground.). We never ship economy. We always want you to receive your cards quickly and trouble free. Of course mail delays are completely out of our control.
Terms on Returns: We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt. All returns must have notified us first prior to shipping back. Return shipping charges will be at the expense of the buyer. All contents must be in the original condition as we sent them for a full refund. Once we receive the item“s” back and approve the condition and quantities, we will send a full refund out immediately. No partial refunds will be given and all items and quantities that we shipped must be accounted for, before a full refund is issued. In the event we shipped the wrong item, Family Goodzz will pay for the return shipping.
