We utilize labels and/or unique markings on all of our products.

If a package is received damaged the purchaser must keep all original boxes and packing, note it with the delivery courier/driver and contact us immediately. The shipment will have to be viewed by the Carrier for the insurance claim who will make the final decision on the damage/coverage. We package all items within or exceeding the Carrier's requirements.

There will be no refund of shipping costs for refused shipments.
