Here is an original Region 1 (US & Canada) DVD of "Waking Ned Devine" (1999) from 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment.

The disc is in good shape but has a few faint marks which do not affect the playback.
The trap sheet cover, insert and case are all in good shape. Case has some typical shelf-wear/marks.
