This is a Naruto Shippuden poster themed after Itachi Uchiha.  It specifically highlights his ANBU arc in the foreground and his usual Akatsuki outfit in the background.

It's still wrapped in the plastic with a barcode sticker on the front and back.  Seems to be new to me and not re-wrapped because it's great condition.  It's made of some kind of metal and has 4 holes in the corners for hanging purposes.
