Sorry, I don't know if this was from any specific set. "DRAW 'N WEAR" is printed on the
packaging, and "SUMMER SPORTS" is printed on the inside iron-on transfer.

DRAW 'N WEAR - SUMMER SPORTS Looks to be a fabric iron-on that you can color with the three provided crayons. Measures approx. 6"x5" and has instructions on the packaging for application. Unfortunately, it is wrinkled & folded in the package. Crayons do show wear (breaking) from age.
