Marmi Italiani.  Italian Institute for Foreign Trade, 1982.  Text in English, Italian and some Arabic.  The set consists of two volumes in slipcase.  The thinner volume contains text and color and black and white photographs.  Text includes marble throughout the ages, marble and Italy, technology (quarrying and sawing and processing), marble in building and interior design, technical and commercial guidelines, and explanatory notes. Well illustrated in color and black and white.   The second, larger volume is a hardcover binder with photographs of various types of marble and some technical information on each type. 220 pages showing various types of marble, plus index.  Volumes are firmly bound, but with blue paint splashes and a few other stains to covers.
