Original Wendy's Kids' Meal Toy MIP (Mint in Package) toy. This was originally part of the POTATO HEAD KIDS set. As these were the exact same toy available in retail stores, the only way to determine they were from Wendy's is finding one still in the packaging. The PACKAGE is COPYRIGHT 1987, the only reference I can find to this particular toy is in an oddball reference book "Kiddie Meal Collectibles" --- perhaps he's a rarity!
