Postage:

This item will be sent in a 500g satchel with tracking. Please notify me if you would like a different postal service, such as signature or express post etc. Please note this will come at an additional cost. Please contact me for combined postage on any of my items. 

Items are shipped between 1-2 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on Fridays or Weekends will be sent Monday Mornings. Please contact me for combined postage.   

Returns Policy:

Toucan Enterprises offers a 30 Returns Policy on all items. Items must be returned in the condition that they were shipped/arrived in. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover return postage/shipping costs. Refunds will not be completed until returns have been received.
