Original Dairy Queen Kid's Meal toy from 1996.
This was originally part of the KATZ 'N' DOGS set.
Sorry, I do not know the proper names of all the toys that were available.

I believe they were available in multiple color combinations.

Rollin' Rover, two piece launch toy approx. 2"x2¾", brown or black dog.
Turbo Tabby, two piece launch toy approx. 2"x2¾", yellow or ?? cat.

CARD CARS:

Double Decker Dog Bus, measures approx. 4" long. Originally came with 3 'cards' to use in the toy.
Taxikats, measures approx. 4" long. Originally came with 3 'cards' to use in the toy.

PULL-STRING (??)

Black Dog, dog measures approx. 3" long.
Yellow Cat, cat measures approx. 3" long.

RIPCORD RACERS: (LOOSE = NO RIPCORD)

Calico Cruiser - measures approx. 3" long. (green or ??)
Drag Racin' Dalmatian - measures approx. 3" long. (green or ??)
Regal Beagle Mobile - measures approx. 3" long. (yellow or ??)
Whisker Racer - measures approx. 3" long. (red or yellow)

Loose toys are in played with/used condition.
