The buyer pays shipping. There are 2 options for shipping. Priority mail will preserve the condition protecting the pennant from creases. I recommend this option. Ground Advantage mail is cheaper but the pennant will be folded and placed in a large envelope. Note, this option is cheaper but your pennant will be folded. International orders will all be folded and shipped

We ship via USPS. We go to the Post Office everyday and your item will be shipped within 24 hours of our receiving payment.
