Original Wendy's Kids' Meal toy from 2000.
This was originally part of the HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS set.
These were in purple opaque packages, which makes it really hard to see the toys.
Some of them are designed to be Christmas ornaments with ribbon hangers!
