Due to the nature of my cosmetics and food items, I no longer accept returns on opened and used items as it is considered to be a biohazard. I do personally check every item before it leaves my store, to make sure all items are sealed and there is no damage. However, If you receive an item signifigantly not as described please contact me directly, I am always happy to work things out. Please include pictures of the item and any other information about the issue. I am extremely easy to work with. Thanks! Alyson
