This Victorian Trade Card is advertising Fred. J. Brigge of Rome, NY.  This measures about 5X 7 inches. The condition is very good with the wear one would expect.  The colors are bright.  Please ask questions.  I am always happy to combine shipping.  This certainly would be an excellent addition to any collection.
