Original McDonald's Happy Meal toy from 2004.
This was originally part of the G.I. JOE - a real American Hero set!
Toys are based on the Valor vs. Venom story. Four action figures each have detachable backpacks with a unique function. The backpacks can adapt to any character. Four vehicles each offer a different function.

Duke with Backpack - Wear the fighter jet launcher on your wrist. (LOOSE = **MISSING LAUNCHER/BATONS**)
Cobra Commander with Backpack - Wear it on your wrist.
Snake Eyes Motorcycle - Push-along motorcycle with the ability to launch the front wheel at enemies. (LOOSE = **MISSING DISCS**)
Dr. Mindbender's Venomizing ATV - Specially equipped ATV able to squirt water in any direction towards oncoming vehicles or soldiers. (LOOSE = **Poor and/or missing stickers**)
Snake Eyes with Compass Communicator - Multiple articulation for numerous martial arts maneuvers. Stay on course with the compass communicator.
Dr. Mindbender with Venom Water Squirter - Fill the backpack with water to fire the "venom" from the snake's mouth. You can send water flying from Cobra's shoulder or detach the backpack and wear it on your wrist.
Duke's Off-Road Vehicle - Push along truck with a fully functional inch that when pulled out can attach to other broken down vehicles to pull them out of harms way.
