CASKET GRINDER is a Death Metal band based in Medellín, Colombia, formed in 2010. The goal was to achieve an old school death metal sound in the vein of American Death Metal without leaving aside elements from the European scene with which a distinctive touch. ''Sepulchral Trip'' the 2nd full lenght studioalbum, this is some tasty death metal from a bunch and it seems rather apt that had the sophomore outing from this Colombian band should get a Halloween release. CASKET GRINDER pretty much lives up to its name 12 heavyweight Tracks flurries hinting at the likes of CANNIBAL CORPSE, MASSACRE, DEICIDE AND MALEVOLENT CREATION but with streaks of SLAYER hidden within. Its lyrics talk about despair, insanity, fear of the unknown, and delirium caused by mental disorders, or drug abuse. Just like the first outing ''Fall Into Dementia'' from 2020 this effort is very much serious, juggernaut death metal and comes with an impressive coverversion of the PESTILENCE number ''Suspended Animation''. Comes with 12-page booklet and has limited to 1000 copies only!
