This vintage metal double pulley wheel set comes with hooks and is still attached to a sturdy piece of wood. The antique pulleys do rotate. I picked this up at a flea market 15 years ago. Very heavy piece.

Myers stayon is imprinted in the metal. Barn door pulley.
