Our business hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00am - 3:00pm.  We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.  All emails and messages will be answered during business hours.

 Shipping is daily on weekdays. If you place an order after 3pm your item will be shipped the next business day. No shipping on Saturday or Sunday.

If you receive an item and it is not as described or has been damaged during shipping, please contact or message us so that we can provide a speedy resolution.. again Please!! contact or message us ASAP to find a resolution before leaving neutral or negative feedback.
