Speeds will vary based on location. Our users typically receive 10Mbps to 50Mbps down. Moving the router closer to a window can help increase speeds.

Returns/Trial Period:

If you are unhappy with the service at your location after one week, you can simply return the router(including all hardware and packaging) and we will refund your purchase.
