Thank you for your interest in this quality frame and with a history of regular use. One of the water bottle mount rivets came loose and was replaced. A loose piece from the original rivet is rattling inside the downtube. I have not been able to retrieve it through the tube and at the bottom bracket or head tube. In the past, I have used a spray foam to secure loose debris in other tubes and silence the rattle with similar frames. The derailleur hanger is not included. There are surface marks and scratches. The dropouts, bottom bracket threads and head tube are in good shape.
