In front of us is a spectacularly beautiful hand-carved oval plaque that was probably made in India around the middle of the 20th century, decorated with a hand-made inlay in the pattern of two elephants with bone parts inside the wood and incorporating a hand-painted landscape and surrounding plants.

There is a hook on the upper back side for hanging.

In good condition, light wear, mainly some wear along the edges.
