For sale superb Herman Miller Mirra chairs in excellent condition. 

Designed with a large & comfortable mesh seat & ergonomically shaped Triflex backrest and lumbar support, the Mirra is a highly recommended chair for users sitting for long duration's. 

Configured with forward & rear tilt, full motion adjustable armrests, Flexi-Front seat and tension adjustable lumbar support. 

Smart colour combination of all Graphite Grey frame, base and Triflex backrests. 

All dark Grey seat mesh's have absolutely no rips / tears or snags whatsoever.

All black armpads are in excellent good condition, showing normal surface marks from previous office use. 

Castor option - if you intend to use the chair on a wooden or tiled surface we can install brand new hard floor castors to any order for £36.00. Hard floor castors are identical in appearance and have a soft rubberised edge to minimise damaging the surface over time. They not only provide more traction but also a lot quieter too. We only fit Genuine OEM Herman Miller castors known as the C7 that normally rrp at £80 a set. If required please leave a buyers note at checkout, and we'll be in contact to arrange payment before your order is dispatched.

UK Deliveries

We want our customers to start enjoying their purchases as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise stated, we guarantee to package & dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving payment. Using DPD Local, we can offer full advantage of their extensive courier network, with all UK* orders being sent on an next working day service.

*Scottish Highlands / Northern Ireland / Isle of Wight / Isle of Man / Channel Isles and Scilly Isles additional charges apply.  Undertaken on a two-day service for £34.99.

We understand how important it is for our customers to be able to track and receive delivery updates. So upon dispatch, we shall provide the DPD online tracking details which will allow you to follow the delivery every step of the way. If a mobile number / email address is provided at check-out, then you will also receive the helpful DPD delivery notifications. Furthermore, should the predicted day or time be inconvenient, then using the same notifications, you can reschedule delivery to an alternative day as desired.

All our UK orders are sent fully assembled, ready to use straight out the box.

Depending on your location, we can also offer delivery upgrades to some of DPD's premium services, such as before 12 & Saturday. Additional charges apply, so please contact us in advance to obtain a quote.

Please note - we cannot guarantee the DPD UK next day / timed delivery services for parcels that are delayed due to uncontrollable events. We highly recommend that customers do track DPD shipments online to follow any potential delays, reschedule delivery dates and arrange any special requirements.

EU Orders

We offer shipment to all of mainland EU* for £89.99. Once payment is received we aim to send your order as quickly as possible, guaranteed to be packaged & dispatched within 2 working days. Once dispatched with DPD we shall provide the online tracking details, so you can follow shipment to your destination. Transit times vary between 2-6 working days, please message in advance for shipment duration.

As of the 1st of January 2021, a custom duty is applicable between UK to EU orders. The import tax is payable by the buyer, which is calculated and processed by the transport company. The carrier will contact the buyer direct to collect payment. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the customs duty payment is completed in a timely manner, to avoid delays to export authorisation.

Due to DPD's international boxed size restrictions, all EU orders are sent in a compacted box. This normally requires the chair to be dismantled by us, meaning you will need a basic tool kit for reassembly. We endeavour to ensure any reassembly procedures are as minimal & simple as possible for our customers, but please feel free to enquire beforehand if you are at all concerned.

Please note - because of boxed size restriction we cannot offer international shipment for all makes & model of chairs that we sell. With certain chair designs, specialist tool kits are required to easily re-assemble.

*Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipment to the following destinations: Norway / Switzerland / Iceland / Bosnia & Herzegovina / Serbia / Albania & Russian Federation.

For non-EU & Worldwide customers wishing to arrange their own delivery, we will include all packaging for free of charge. Please contact us to obtain the boxed weight & dimensions.

Collection

We welcome customers wishing to visit us for collections & trial seating.

Customers wishing to collect their order can do so by prior appointment from our office in Bromley, anytime between 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. We aim to be as accommodating as possible with collection times, so customers needing to collect at evenings or weekends need only to ask for our availability.

Please note - before we can release any goods all orders must be paid for in full.

Trial seating is highly recommended, as we appreciate it can be rather difficult to truly gauge a chair's overall comfort & suitability without trying it out first. Specifically for customers wishing to alleviate a form of back pain or general sitting discomfort, try before you buy is always welcome & recommended.

Returns

14-Day Return Policy

With online purchases, we understand it is imperative to the buyer to have the option to return an order if they are not entirely happy with it. So here at Designer & Ergonomic Seating LTD, we offer our customers the peace of mind that should they wish to return a chair, for any reason - then they can do so within 14 days from the order date.

If upon trying your newly delivered chair you decide that you wished you bought the other model or colour, then without question – we will accept returns & exchanges within 14 days.

The fee to return a chair from a UK collection address is £34.99, and £89.99 from mainland EU. We only ask that the chair be returned to us in the same condition that it was received.

Unless the order was collected in person, returns shall be handled by our courier DPD, so please keep all packaging to ensure safe transit back to us. Once the return is approved, we will schedule DPD to collect the box on a weekday pre-arranged with you. Exchanges will be processed and new orders shipped within 2 working days. Once returns are received back with us and checked, we aim to process all refunds immediately.

Completed initial delivery fees are non-refundable, and the return fee is deducted from the final refund amount.

Please note - it is the buyer’s responsibility to repackage the returning item to avoid any potential damages occurring in transit. We should also make customers aware, DPD reserve the right to refuse collection of any parcels they deem unsuitably packaged for their courier network. Returned orders received in a damaged condition may result in a partial or non-refund situation.

Returns relating to damage in transit / defective / not as described.

We strive to ensure all orders are packaged as protected as possible to avoid any damages occurring in transit. However, like every single parcel that enters a postal network, a very small percentage will unfortunately receive some accidental mishandling. Due to the large size & weight of our consignments, and despite our best intentions, damages can sometimes happen. If your order has arrived in a damaged state, you are entitled to a free return for either an exchange or full refund.

Please note, it is essential returns resulting from damage in transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving delivery, and we cannot accept returns created by accidental damage or misuse.

Before an order is packaged, we conduct thorough checks to ensure no defective equipment slips through the net. Upon receiving your order, if you feel that something is not working as it should, then your first action should be to call or message us for after-sales assistance. We know that sometimes customers can perceive something like an adjustment or lever to be defective, when commonly we find that most issues can easily be explained & rectified with a quick phone call. Where possible, we shall provide links to manufacturers websites for customers to download user manuals and video tutorial guides. If for any reason, issues arising from defective equipment cannot be rectified, we shall arrange a free return for exchange or repair, and deliver your order back to you as quickly as possible.

Lastly, we recognize that when trading in pre-used / second-hand items, accurate descriptions are essential to ensure the customer receives their order in the condition they expected. So with detailed images and honest descriptions, we do our utmost to identify any notable signs of previous use and interpret the overall general condition. It is never our intention to deceive customers with misleading or inflated assessments, and we encourage customers to review our feedback to confirm this. But should a customer receive a chair that they feel is not as described, then we offer the option of a free return for 100% refund or exchange.
