A lot of scuffs and minor scratches on the glossy black plastic parts the camera body.

This camera can be powered by one CR123 battery or two AAA batteries. Kinda cool.

So does it work?

Sometimes it works great. Other times it just doesn't want to take a photo. 

I can't tell if it's an issue with the shutter button or an issue with how the camera's focusing and gauging exposure.

So this camera can take a picture, but it often doesn't take the picture when you press the shutter button. But then all of a sudden it will no problem.
