For sale is this vintage Parker Duofold True Blue pencil in very nice cosmetic condition. Pencil does not currently work, even though the top spins freely and mechanism seems to catch. Not sure if it is clogged or the mechanism needs some other repair. There are scratches, a few very small dents on the top cap, and some light brassing in a few high points. Celluloid also has "wp" carved very shallowly near the top on the back. It's not very noticeable.
