ITEM CONDITION
- All our parts come from a used vehicle and Fully Tested before removal.
- Might have signs of normal wear like scruffs, rust marks and scratches.
- We take pictures of every single item, so you can see its exact condition.
- PARTS SHOWN IN PICTURE IS WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE unless the description states differently.
FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY
- It is the buyer's responsibility to determine whether the part will fit their car. You MUST KNOW YOUR PART NUMBER.
- If you have any doubts - check with your local dealer or other sources to make sure that you're purchasing the right part.
- Most electronic parts such as Radio's, ECU's, etc may need to be CODED by Auto Electric Specialist.
- We do not guarantee colour matching on any parts unless a colour code provided.
- We do not cover any labour fees for any part fitment into your vehicle.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
- For most items, UK mainland shipping is free and will be shipped no later than the next working day of cleared payment.
- If the item not received in time please check the Tracking Number which is always provided.
- Before leaving negative feedback for not receiving, damaged or not working item please contact us first as we ready to sort it out ASAP.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We ship most items worldwide, but some big or heavy items cannot be shipped without additional cost, International Shipping prices may vary.
- We're not responsible for any customs fees that may occur within your country, also it is your responsibility to check if there is any upon purchasing the item.
RETURNS
- We will accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Every item has secret mar and seal. Guarantee void if seal is broken.
- If you are reporting that item is faulty, only a PROFESSIONAL explanation by the garage will be accepted
- (scanned or photographed diagnostic report).
- All our parts are marked and will be inspected once received. Only parts with our mark and in original
- the pictured condition will be refunded.
- If the item was damaged during shipment - you MUST give us PROOF that the carrier is at fault in order
- for us to file a claim.
- We're not responsible for installation errors, labour expenses and/or any other expenses that may occur.
- Return shipping costs are BUYER's responsibility.
