CONDITION REPORT: The sideboard is in nice structural condition with no splits, cracks, odors, or repairs. The finish is in good vintage condition with crazing and the left hand drawer and door appears to be amalgamated or resurfaced. All of the dovetailed drawers glide well and the doors are functional with working locks and key. It does have a brass Drexel tag inside the drawer. The top does have surface scratches especially on the left hand side [see pictures]. Very handsome large sideboard with lots of storage. It does have a embossed brass Drexel tag inside the drawer.

ITEMS DETAILS/DESCRIPTION:  Item offered is a 1930s-1940s Drexel Empire style crotch Mahogany sideboard with spiral columns, turned feet and drawer knobs, working locks and dovetailed drawers. The sides and top are Mahogany and the drawer fronts are crotch Mahogany over oak plank and the inside drawer secondary wood is poplar. The right hand to drawer has a removable felt lined sliding silverware tray. Behind the 2 doors is open storage space. The top drawer knobs are all wood and the bottom 2 drawer knobs have embossed brass insets. It has a backsplash across the back of the top It is a large handsome sideboard with lots of storage.
