Vintage 1975 Editions Rencontre Animal Safari Cards Set in Original Red Plastic Case Tray, approximately 1100-1200 cards in 32 Categories, with 16 Special booklet and triptych cards.

Cards are in excellent condition; some have a slight bend from storage in tray. A few category divider cards are slightly bent or worn at top. Original owner, kept lovingly in a no-smoking, no-pets, no-perfume home.

32 Category divider cards include all original animal categories, from 1. Evolutionary Classification of Animals to 24. Mammals IV; plus 8 special categories such as Prehistoric Animals which includes some cards; and Baby Animals, Farm Animals, Microscopic Animals etc. which do not contain cards. 15 Biological Study cards and 16 Special booklets and triptychs explain subjects such as Animal Migration, Major Natural Environment, Eyes and Sight, Reproduction, etc.  See photos for details of Category and Special cards/booklets.
